(I was honestly going to Photoshop a picture of myself with an ice bag on my head and a thermometer in my mouth, but I'm sick)
Being sick is the worst. There are times when life gets a little stressful and I think "maybe a couple of days off from a cold would help" and then I
do get sick and I wonder why I would ever wish that on myself.
I did call in sick once this week. I hated to do it, but I talk and interact with people all day long and that just didn't sound like a good idea at the time. I almost stayed home again the next day, but I had self-medicated and thought I could handle it well enough.
So here's my question to you...

I love the Olympics! I always have!
My wife and I are really into it this year. We have both DVR's full of all sorts of Olympic sporting events.
The bad thing about the "blocks" of Olympic programming is that they put a lot of sports together in one group so that you have to sit through some sports you might not want to see just to get to the ones you do.
That can sometimes be a good thing. I never thought I would have ever watched a handball match with such intesity if it weren't for the Olympics. I'm surprised that I like it so much.
Which leads me to this...

One of my favorite shows on television is Hell's Kitchen. Recently, the entire first season has been released on DVD. But here's the twist... it's uncensored. That was the appeal when my wife and I decided to rent the first season on DVD over the last two weeks.
That got me thinking...
There are a lot of current television shows that have previous seasons on DVD. I had always considered them as "collectors' editions" of shows that people would rewatch in the future. But not anymore.
As you know, I also love Lost. Whereas Hell's Kitchen is a show that you can pretty much pick up at any time during the season or even the entire run of the show, Lost is a show that needs to be watched from the first frame to get a grasp on it.
I remember that we also rented The Sopranos seasons 1 to 5 to catch up to the big final season.
I think that would be a more resonable use for the DVDs than to rewatch an entire run of a series again.
So, I would like to know...
